The Trotter Project is teaming up with Charlie Trotter Days participating restaurant 3 Squares Diner and Treaty Oak Distilling for a night of food and drink for a cause. Chef/Owner Ian Voakes (also of acclaimed brunch spot Jam in Logan Square) opened his gorgeous Uptown space last summer. The Trotter Project has been tapped as the restaurant's featured nonprofit in February. The fundraising event will be Tuesday, February 12 from 5-9pm (no cover or reservations required). The evening will feature an amuse bouche created by Trotter Project scholar Esme Lorenzo, cocktails created by Trotter Project staff, and special menu options from Chef Ian Voakes. A portion of proceeds will benefit The Trotter Project's Pillars of Excellence Program.
