London's legendary St. John restaurant and a "pioneer of nose to tail" dining comes exclusively to Chicago for Chicago Tribune FOOD BOWL. Head Chef Jonathan Woolway and Trevor Gulliver join Chef Debbie Gold, the James Beard Award-Winning Executive Chef of Tied House, and Chef de Cuisine AJ Walker of Publican Anker as they come together to create a one-night-only multi-course meal paying tribute to St. John.
Proceeds from the event will benefit The Trotter Project and its deserving Pillars of Excellence Program culinary and hospitality scholars.
