The Trotter Project invites you to our inaugural Excellence Gala in support of our Pillars of Excellence Mentor Program. Chef Charlie Trotter's early mentors and very dear friends Chefs Carrie Nahabedian and Norman Van Aken will join all six Charlie Trotter chefs de cuisine, Master Sommelier Larry Stone, and honorary co-chairs Dona-Lee Trotter and Gordon Sinclair, plus many other Trotter alumni, family, friends, and supporters for an unforgettable evening of food, wine, jazz, auctions, and scholarships.
All proceeds from the gala will support our mission of providing opportunities and guidance to underserved children and young adults interested in the culinary and hospitality arts.
