We are delighted to announce the special guest for our Second Annual Excellence Gala is two Michelin-starred, and San Pellegrino's The World's 50 Best Restaurants honoree, Chef Andoni Luis Aduriz of Mugaritz restaurant in Spain. Chef Andoni makes one of his few rare appearances in the US to honor the legacy of one of the country’s best chefs.

Join us at Revel Fulton Market in Chicago for an unforgettable evening of food, wine, and palpable positivity. The event celebrates and supports our commitment to educate and mentor the next generation of culinary and hospitality professionals.

For attendees, the gala offers a ticket to a world class evening. For local students, proceeds from the gala offer a ticket to a world class opportunity. The Excellence Gala supports our mission of providing scholarships and guidance to underserved children and young adults interested in the culinary and hospitality arts.

About The Evening

TICKETS | 5:30 PM Reception and Dinner - $500

This one of a kind night begins with a reception featuring incredible dishes from both headlining and local chefs. The all-star group is led by host of Cooking Channel’s Carnival Kings and Top Chef’s Richie Farina. A team of peerless sommeliers will help you find the perfect pairing for each bite!

The multi-course dinner will transport guests to the countryside of San Sebastian, Spain with Chef Adruiz’s blend of avant-garde and traditional dishes. Robert Houde of Robert Houde Wines will be on site to ensure each uniquely sumptuous course is accompanied by a perfectly matching wine.

Specialty cocktails will be provided by Treaty Oak Distilling. The event also features the debut of a craft beer by Old Irving Brewing, brewed in honor of Chef Adruiz.

We have also reserved a room block at the St. Jane Hotel - downtown Chicago’s newest boutique hotel that, like Chef Adruiz, blends classic experience with a modern twist! Rooms can be booked directly through this link, or guests can call the reservations team directly at (312) 334-6767.
