The Trotter Project's efforts, in tandem with these programs, are turning kitchens into classrooms nationwide and giving students concrete steps toward realizing their dreams. With the backing of corporate support from Chef Works, Conde Nast Traveler, and United Airlines, The Trotter Project sustains its momentum for growth and impacting young careers.
