Matching gifts made easy!
Do you work for a company that matches charitable donations? If so, it’s easy to amplify the impact of your generosity.
Many companies offer to match gifts to nonprofit organizations made by their employees. Most corporations award a 1:1 match, while some elect to provide a greater matching amount to further promote their employees’ philanthropy. Companies will typically match a gift up to a year after it’s made, so even if you made a gift many months ago, it’s not too late to magnify its impact. If you are married, your spouse’s company may also be willing to match funds for donation as well, further increasing the value of your donation!
1. Contact your company’s Personnel Office or Human Resources

2. Complete form or online request
If your company uses a printed form, complete the appropriate section(s) and then send it to The Trotter Project via email or mail (see instructions below). If your company has an online application, email the link and access instructions, if any, along with donation details to The Trotter Project.

3. Send us your information
We will complete our section and forward it to your corporate matching gift office for processing.
