Uplifting Communities Through Food

NBC 5 Chicago “Making a Difference”
April 18

The Trotter Project's upcoming Off the Clock Fundraiser on May 4 will help feed more dreams and build more futures.
LeeAnn Trotter, NBC Chicago

NBC Chicago stopped by to visit us and learn more about our upcoming event, Off the Clock! LeeAnn Trotter (no relation) brought the NBC Chicago team to our partners’ kitchen at CocinaRx to learn more about what we’ll be serving at the event - and why!

Chef Walks First from Ketapanen Kitchen, and Chefs Lupita Romero and Javier Haro of CocinaRx showed off just some of the dishes that will be served, explaining health benefits, and why healthy eating means so much to our culture.
